Arc Raiders x Subway Crossover is real and strange.

Embark Studios has partnered with Subway for an amazing crossover, offering exclusive skins and items with sandwich purchases until October 26.

Arc Raiders x Subway Crossover Is Real, and It's Weird

Did you ever think your favorite looter would team up with a fast-food chain? We didn't think so either. But here we are. Arc Raiders is getting a Subway crossover, and it's just as wild as it sounds.

Embark Studios just dropped the news, and it's genuinely strange. From now until October 26, buying a regular meal at Subway gets you a code for the Subterranean outfit (a sleek new skin with yellow and green accents that represent the Subterranean brand) and two rotating in-game items. Not too shabby at all.

Here's the deal: there are three options to choose from. Option 1 gives you the Subterranean and Astrolite outfits along with the Renegade II and Medium Shield X2. Option 2 swaps Astrolite for Nascosto, plus the Canto II and Tactical Mk. 2. Option 3 pairs Subterranean with Rawhide, the Osprey II, and the Surge Shield Recharger x2. Take your pick.

Now, that skin has yellow and green trim that matches the Subway logo, and honestly, it looks pretty cool. But I can't help wishing it looked like a sandwich. Just imagine running around dressed like a walking meatball sub. That would have been legendary.

This crossover leads into the game's big Frozen Trail expansion, which launches on October 8. Embark is also shifting to bigger updates roughly every six months, which is a big change from their previous stance. They used to say crossovers were a no-go because their knowledge of Fortnite-style nonsense was "too curated." Seems they've changed their tune.

So, are you going to eat a sandwich to get in-game loot? Or is this crossover a step too far? Let us know your thoughts!
