Silkbind Deluge Build Guide for Where Winds Meet

Have you ever felt like your Silkbind attacks just aren't strong enough? Or maybe you're struggling to survive in PvP? Let's fix that. This guide will walk you through a complete Silkbind Deluge build, focusing on stats, skills, and tactics for both PvP and PvE.

First, let's talk stats. You want your critical rate at 80% and your physical attack as high as possible. Agility should be around 225 at level 95, and you want to stack power as much as you can. Your minimum physical attack should be between 1100 and 1200. These numbers ensure your hits land hard and crit often.

For skills, it depends on your focus. If you enjoy PvP or GvG, prioritize single-target burst and Mystic skill damage boosts. For PvE, focus on enhancing your Fan healing skills and dealing damage to player units. You'll also want to manage your stats—keep your crit rate and agility at their thresholds, then dump the rest into physical attack and power.

Now, the core of the build is Silkbind attacks. You want to maximize Silkbind Attack, but keep your minimum Silkbind Attack at 227 or below. This balance is crucial for the Deluge playstyle.

For gear, equip a weapon set with physical penetration and an armor set that boosts your Panacea Fan and Martial Arts skill healing. Healing amplification is a lifesaver in prolonged fights.

Let's break down the key skills and their effects. With the Execution skill, you recover 30 vitality and HP equal to 20% of the damage you deal. This is great for sustaining yourself in PvP.

In PvP/GvG, after you break an enemy's defense with a defense-break skill, they take 12% increased damage for 5 seconds. Also, when you hit a non-blocking unit with a counter skill, you deal 15 bonus Qi damage and recover 5 Qi. Use this to control the flow of battle.

For GvG, casting [Special Skill: Morning Drizzle] on a unit that is staggered or under crowd control increases their healing received by 30% for 5 seconds. Similarly, using Heavy Attack: Emerald Dewtouch on a staggered or controlled unit increases their healing by 30% (at 1-second intervals) and grants them tenacity for 3 seconds. These are clutch for team fights.

Defensively, when you remove a stagger or control effect with a control-removal skill, you gain tenacity for 2 seconds (or 2.8 seconds if upgraded) after your super armor is worn down. Plus, you take 20% (28%) less damage while staggered. And after dodging an enemy attack, you recover 6% (8%) of your max HP. These keep you alive and in the fight.

That's the Silkbind Deluge build. Did it help? Do you have any adjustments that work better for you? Share your thoughts below!
